Roland Bloomer

ROLAND BLOOMER, ESQ., is a principal and partner of Johnson & Bloomer, LLP, where he concentrates on the practice of Business Law, Construction Law, Real Estate Law, and Civil Litigation. Roland has experience in various Family, Town & Village, and Supreme Courts throughout New York state, regarding a wide variety of matters, including breach of contract claims, collection proceedings, divorce proceedings, and landlord-tenant disputes.

Prior to co-founding Johnson & Bloomer, LLP, Roland was employed as an Assistant County Attorney in the Contract Department of the Ulster County Attorney's Office, where his practice focused on drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases and other types of agreements. Roland also served as General Counsel to a multi-million dollar commercial construction company, where he provided legal oversight of the daily operations and strategy of the company.

Roland obtained a Juris Doctorate from Elizabeth Haub School of Law (formerly Pace University School of Law), and a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from Lubin School of Business. He started his studies at Drew University where he majored in Political Science before transferring and ultimately graduating with his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from James Madison University.

Clint Johnson

CLINT JOHNSON, ESQ., is a principal and partner of Johnson & Bloomer, LLP with a broad and diverse skillset spanning over 25 years. His practice focuses primarily on all aspects of corporate, business and banking law. He also provides advice and representation on matters of real estate, municipal law, public sector labor law and trusts and estates.

He began his legal career with a New York City private equity and venture capital firm where he worked on private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and sale of corporations. He has extensive experience in banking and commercial law garnered from almost a decade spend at Keycorp, a Fortune 500 banking company, and its subsidiary, KeyBank of New York where he was a Vice President and Senior Counsel in the law department. As a lawyer at Keybank he was assigned primarily to provide legal counsel and advice to the small and middle market commercial banking departments. He worked closely with the commercial bankers and negotiated and drafted numerous loan modification agreements, Term Loan Agreements, Promissory Notes, Letters of Credit and various other commercial banking documents. His time at Keybank also included several years as a Vice President and Sales Manager in the Private Banking and Investing division where he provided banking services to high net-worth individuals and businesses. Clint later served as the General Counsel to a multinational private entity and its subsidiaries, with business interests in manufacturing, publishing, and aviation located in England, Germany and Australia.

Clint is a graduate of Albany Law School where he was an associate editor on The Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology. He received his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College. Clint is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern  and Southern Districts of New York. He currently resides in the lower Hudson Valley.
